A Message from the Director

As the Program Director, Founder, and Owner of Tri-State EAP Services, Inc., I bring both professional expertise and personal dedication to this work. With over 17 years of experience serving unions, I deeply understand the unique mission, needs, and challenges faced by union members and their families.

My credentials include:

  • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP)

  • DOT-Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP)

  • CASAC 2 – Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor

  • ICADC – Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor

  • LAP/C – Labor Assistance Professional, Certified

  • NCAC 1 – National Certified Addiction Counselor

Before founding Tri-State EAP Services, I spent 12 years working within an established EAP, where I helped countless union members and dependents navigate behavioral health challenges. I’ve seen firsthand how hard it can be for someone to take that first step and ask for help — which is why I make it a priority to answer their calls personally and advocate for the best care, always with confidentiality, compassion, and cost-effectiveness in mind.

Today, I am proud to lead a program that continues to grow while remaining rooted in service. I look forward to supporting new members and employees with the same tireless commitment that has shaped my entire career.

When you're ready, we're here for you.
