As the program director, founder, and owner of Tri-State EAP Services, Inc., I deeply understand unions’ missions, needs, and challenges. My background includes 16 years of working with unions to provide their members with thorough support on all types of behavioral healthcare issues. I am a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and a DOT Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) with credentials including CASAC 2, ICADC, LAP/C, and NCAC 1.
Before launching my own company, I worked for an EAP for over 12 years and assisted many union members and dependents. Since I know it is difficult for some members to reach out for help, I handle their calls and work tirelessly to get them the best care possible while being cost-effective.
I now embrace the opportunity to assist new members and employees with their behavioral healthcare needs.
